To obtain a Project or Visio Pro Online license, a software order must be submitted - https://softlic.fau.edu
Once your order has been processed, log in to Microsoft portal - portal.office.com with your FAU credentials. Click on Install Office and select Other install options.
Select Apps & devices on the left hand side. Project and/or Visio should appear in the list, click Install Project/Visio.
You can also use the web version of Visio by clicking the Project and/or Visio icon on the home page of the Microsoft portal
