If you are using an Android device and receiving "something went wrong 1001 error - Setting Up Outlook app on Android" follow these steps:

1. Open up your preferred browser on your Android device.
3. Enter your FAU email address in the Microsoft Outlook Sign-In prompt and click Next. You will be routed to FAU single-sign on.
4. You'll be prompted to authenticate with Duo.
5. In Outlook, click the three dots in the top right corner.

6. Tap “Install app” or "Add to Home screen".

Depending of the version of android you will see either "Install app" or Add to Home screen" option.
7. Tap “Install”

8. You're done! The Outlook app has been installed. It may take a few minutes for your emails, calendar items, and tasks to sync.
