Summary
Some FAU websites, networks, and services might need to see your IP address for it to fully work. If the device is showing as connected to the FAU Wi-FI but the websites are not loading, verify that "Limit IP Address Tracking" is turn off.

Solution:
Turn off Private Relay for a specific network on your iPhone or iPad
- Open the Settings app, then tap Wi-Fi.
- Next to the Wi-Fi network, tap the More Info button .
- Scroll down and tap Limit IP Address Tracking.
For cellular network, go to Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Options, and tap Limit IP Address Tracking.
Turn off Private Relay for a specific network on your Mac
In macOS Ventura or later:
- Choose Apple menu > System Settings.
- Click Network in the sidebar, then click the network service that you're using (such as Wi-Fi) on the right.
- Click the Details button next to the name of the network that you're connected to.
- Turn off "Limit IP address tracking."
In macOS Monterey:
- Choose Apple menu > System Preferences.
- Click Network and select the network from the list to see more options.
- Click the checkmark next to Limit IP Address Tracking.
Turn off Private Relay from iCloud
- Go to Settings and tap on your name.
- From the next screen tap on iCloud and then on ‘Private Relay’ option.
- Enable the toggle for Private Relay to turn it on. Turn the toggle off to turn it off.
