First step is to request the NVivo license. Please email OITsoftware@fau.edu and specify and Name and email address of the user/users the license should be assigned to.
Due to limitations with the NVivo license, we are no longer able to assign the license per user basis. As such, when access is approved, you will be assigned to a Microsoft Team in which has access to the files and license key to install. There are additional instructions available within the team files.
Once we assign the license, emails will be sent to complete you MyNVivo Profile. Email will come from roreply@mynivivo.com and look similar to this:
Follow through the steps to send a verification code and then log into the LUMIVERO portal:
Click Launch on NVivo under Your Products, then click Download NVivo for Windows, or if you are on a Mac, click “Other versions.
Navigate to your downloads folder, and run through the installer to complete the installation.
Once NVivo is installed, launch the application and click on Log into myNVivo:
Log in with the account you setup to activate the software.
