If you receive the error "403 Forbidden" when attempting to log in to your FAU account, please set your Date & Time and Time Zone settings to automatic.
iPad
- Turn on Set Automatically in Settings > General > Date & Time. This automatically sets your date and time based on your time zone.

Allow your device to use its current location to determine the correct time zone. To do this, go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services > System Services and turn on Setting Time Zone.
Mac

Open Location Services settings and make sure that Location Services is turned on. Then scroll to the bottom of the list of apps and services and click the Details button next to System Services. Make sure that the settings for time zone and system customization are turned on.

Open Date & Time settings and make sure that the option to set time and date automatically, as well as the option to set time zone automatically, are both turned on.

Restart your Mac.
Windows
To set the date and time and time zone:

Select Start and then select Settings > Time & language > Date & time.

In the Time & language > Date & time window:

To set the date and time automatically, make sure the option Set time automatically is switched On

To set the time zone automatically, make sure the option Set time zone automatically is switched On
Android
- Open your device's Clock app.
- Tap More > Settings.
- To automatically update the time: Tap Change date and time. Turn Automatic date and time on.
- To set a time zone automatically: Tap Change date and time. Under “Time zone,” turn Automatic time zone on.
