If you see your Florida Atlantic University profile in Microsoft Authenticator but you cannot log in or receive the MFA notification on your Android device, your account may not be configured correctly, and you will need to remove it to set up your Microsoft Authenticator again.
Troubleshooting:
- Open the Microsoft Authenticator App.
- If you see the below account that contains Fau and not Florida Atlantic University, this means the account did not get added to Microsoft correctly and needs to be removed:

- To remove this account, Go to your Settings > Locate your Accounts and Backup > Select Manage Accounts

- Choose the account with your @fau.edu netID that says Work Account underneath and select Remove Account.

- If prompted on the next screen to allow this action, pick OK
- Restart the Microsoft Authenticator app and confirm the account has been removed. Once the account is removed, you should be able to enroll the account again.
