When trying to login to your FAU account, you may receive a message stating your account is blocked due to suspicious activity.

To resolve this issue, please visit accounts.fau.edu and select "Forgot Your Password" to complete the password reset process.
After resetting your password, please wait at least five to ten minutes for your account to fully synchronize with Microsoft services. You should then be able to log in to your account normally.
