The Zoom for Outlook add-in allows you to manage Zoom scheduling directly within the Outlook web, desktop, and mobile apps. Once installed, you can easily add Zoom meeting details to any new or existing calendar event.

Note: To use the add-in on the Outlook desktop app, you must have a Microsoft Exchange account. Users with IMAP accounts should use the Outlook web app version.

How to Install for Outlook (Web)

  1. Navigate to Zoom for Outlook in the Microsoft App Store.

  2. Click Get It Now.

  3. Follow the Microsoft prompts to complete the installation.

How to Install for Outlook (Desktop App)

  1. Open Outlook and click the File tab in the upper-left corner.

  2. In the Info section, scroll down and click Manage Add-ins.

  3. A web browser will open your account settings. If prompted, sign in.

  4. In the Add-Ins for Outlook window, search for Zoom for Outlook and click Add.

How to Install for Outlook (Mobile App)

  1. Open the Outlook app on your mobile device.

  2. Tap your Profile icon in the top-left corner.

  3. Tap the Settings (gear) icon at the bottom of the panel.

  4. Swipe down and tap Add-ins.

Find Zoom and tap the + button to add it.
