To access a departmental account, you must first request access here.
For Staff on Office 365:
- Log in at https://outlook.office365.com with your OWN FAUNetID and password
- Click on your profile box in the upper right corner, Select Open Another Mailbox

- In the window prompt, type in the name of the departmental or shared mailbox, click OK.
- The departmental or shared mailbox will open.
