Creative Work Order Request for FAU Jupiter and/or Harbor Branch

FAU Northern Campuses team offers various creative services for FAU Jupiter and Harbor Branch campuses.

Steps:

#1 Content: Ensure all content for your project is final & approved by your respective department prior to submission. Changes to text after a project is in layout delays your deadline. Please check all text (spelling, phone numbers,websites, etc.) before submitting.

#2 Timeline: Project turnaround time varies, but below are estimated timelines that include design, 2 rounds of edits, production and delivery (steps #3-#6). If a project exceeds 2 rounds of edits, the timeline will be longer than the estimate below: 

Banner: 4-6 weeks
Brochure: 4-6 weeks
Booklet: 5-6 weeks
Event Invitation: 3-4 weeks
Email Graphic: 2-3 weeks
Flyer: 2 – 3 weeks
HTML Email: 1 – 2 weeks
Postcard: 3 – 4 weeks
Poster: 3 – 4 weeks
Promo item: 4 – 6 weeks
Web page edit: 1 – 2 weeks
Web page new: 2 – 3 weeks
Social Media Graphic: 2 – 3 weeks

Please keep in mind the earlier you initiate your project, the better we will be able to meet your needs! Requests with limited notice may not be fulfilled. 

#3 Submit: Fill out the creative work order request form on Help Desk & a member of the FAU Northern Campuses team will contact you. Include quantity of materials needed, if project is being professionally printed.

#4 Design: Proofs of design will be presented electronically. Be sure to review all materials carefully. Any edits must be submitted electronically and kept to a minimum of 2 rounds.

#5 Production: If printing is needed, FAU Northern Campuses will provide printer’s quote and internal print approvals for the purchase order. Requesting department is to complete the purchase order process through Workday. Once a design is final & approved, FAU Northern Campuses will provide the printready files to the printer.

#6 Delivery: An outside print vendor will begin printing the project once they receive the completed purchase order via the Purchasing Department. Final materials are delivered directly to the requestor.
