OIT has contracted with a vendor for repairs of computers and printers - Katz Computer Service, Inc.
The cost is $35 for onsite diagnose of the problem. The vendor will provide you with a quote for repairs. If you decide to move forward with the repair, the charge is $75/per hour for labor plus the costs of parts. The initial $35 charge will be credited in the repair charges.
