Dear Students,
As part of Florida Atlantic University’s ongoing commitment to safeguard your information, we have implemented an additional layer of security, multi-factor authentication. Most banks, Google, Facebook, and Apple already have a similar system that prompts you to confirm the login either by entering a code or acknowledging the activity on a mobile device.
Starting January 27, 2020, it will be mandatory for students to use DUO Multi-Factor Authentication in order to log into the Self-Service portal via single-sign on (SSO). We encourage students to sign up for DUO in advance of this date, as this service is currently available for download on both iPhone and Android devices. DUO works online and offline by using either the push or passcode technology. For installation instructions and more information, please visit Two-Factor Authentication- DUO.
