Current Students & Recent Graduates : 

• Current students may request their official transcript (or check the status of an order) by logging into MyFAU self service and then follow the prompts:

1. Select Student
2. Choose from:
   • Request Official Transcript
   1. From this point click on the "Sign in with SSO" button and from there you can request your transcripts.
   • View Unofficial Transcript (Only available to current students & Recent Graduates)
   • Official Transcript Request Status

Former Students & Alumni: 

• PDF Electronic: Send a secure PDF transcript electronically to a Florida private or out-of-state institution, employer, or other email address. To access the transcript ordering page, visit the National Student Clearinghouse and follow the prompts listed on the screen. Please note: this expedited service has an additional charge of $3.90 for each transcript ordered.

Mail, Pickup official paper copy, or Electronic to another Florida public Institution (EDI):

1. Visit the FAU Transcript Ordering Portal and log in to request an official transcript.
2. Choose the appropriate sign-in method:
   • If you have an active FAU account, select Sign in with SSO.
   • If you do not have an active FAU account, enter your previous FAUNetID and use the email address or mobile phone number currently on file to complete the login process.

College of Medicine - MD Transcripts: 

• Official MD transcripts need to be requested through the Charles E. Schmidt College of Medicine’s Registrar’s Office. For more information, visit https://www.fau.edu/medicine/students/additional-resources or email COMRegistrar@health.fau.edu

Active Duty Military/Honorably Discharged Veteran Request: 

• Current or former FAU students who are active duty military or were honorably discharged veterans of the United States Armed Forces may be eligible for the waiver of the $10 transcript fee as stipulated under F.S. 1009.26(17)(a). Spouse and/or dependents of active duty military or honorably discharged veterans of the U.S. Armed Forces may also be eligible for the transcript fee waiver. The waiver will cover the $10 transcript cost which includes standard U.S. Postal Service delivery, pick-up at the Registrar's Office, or EDI delivery to another Florida State Public University or College.

  If you are eligible and would like the $10 transcript fee waived, you must submit your transcript request using this Form .
