For any issues regarding access requests or unlocking banner 9. please submit a ticket at helpdesk.fau.edu and we will reassign the ticket to the banner team for you. For any issues such as "Invocation error" or you are not seeing the proper screen but have been granted access, please contact the help desk at 561-297-3999.
Banner 9 is accessible on any browser. Before submitting a ticket, please clear your cache and cookies through the browser which will eliminate a good portion of the issue you are experiencing.
