This article provides 'Getting started with Workday instructions' for new FAU employees only who are signing into Workday for the first time and completing Workday onboarding. It does not apply to general students, applicants,
alumni, or vendors.
New Employees Logging into Workday
New employees who are going through onboarding, please log in using the temporary Workday link and the temporary credentials that were emailed to you (starting with "wd").
Note that the login page for onboarding site is blue, if you are on a white login page, you are at the wrong site.
Trouble Logging in to complete Workday Onboarding?
If you were able to log in to the Workday Onboarding site and now can no longer log in, it may be time to activate your FAU Net ID.
Please follow the steps below:
1. Look up your Net ID via accounts.fau.edu
2. Activate your Net ID via accounts.fau.edu
3. Log in to Workday at workday.fau.edu
