Some notes:
- We cannot provide the enhanced service to users over wireless
- Strict NAT is only an issue for users playing multi-player games. Strict NAT does not cause problems for users playing single-player games.
- Playstation 3 and 4 have a built-in ethernet jack which should be used to connect to the wall jack
- Xbox 360 and Xbox One also have a built-in ethernet jack which should be used to connect to the wall jack
- Nintendo Wii, Wii-U, and Switch do not have a Ethernet jack. Those systems will need to use a compatible ethernet adapter and be connected to the wall jack. Nintendo sells one that works with all three products. Note: in order to use the ethernet adapter, Nintendo Switch units will need to be plugged into the dock that comes with the device.
- Most portable consoles including the PSP, PSVita, Nintendo DS, and Nintendo 2DS/3DS are wireless-only and cannot be used with the enhanced service.

4) Wall Jack number
