If you are using a Google Pixel device and receiving "something went wrong 1001 error" when trying to use the Outlook app, you have to add your FAU email using the Gmail App instead.
If you already are signed into your personal Gmail account then follow these steps:
1. In the app on the top right, click your Initial.
2. Click on "Add another account"
3. Choose "Exchange and Office 365"
4. Enter your FAU Email Address and click Next. You will be routed to FAU single-sign on.
5. Sign in and you'll be prompted to authenticate with Duo.
6. If prompted for Permissions requested, click Accept.
7. Then click Done.
8. You've successfully set up your FAU email in your Gmail App.
