The following steps will assist you to publish a Outlook calendar for other Outlook users to view within their list of calendars.
Note: It is highly recommended that published calendars be created using a departmental account and not a personal account. Publish a calendar In Calendar settings, you can publish your calendar so anyone can view your calendar or subscribe to it. Log in to the Microsoft 365 on the web for account that owns the calendar you wish to publish In Calendar view, select Settings (gear icon) Select Shared calendars. Under Publish a calendar, choose which calendar you want to publish Select and how much detail people can see. Select Publish. Publish on the web With the HTML link, recipients can copy and paste the URL in a browser to view your calendar in a new browser window. Publish for subscribing within Outlook With the ICS link, recipients may subscribe to the calendar through Outlook. They'll see your calendar alongside their own and will automatically receive any updates to the calendar. Publish for download With the ICS link, recipients can download the ICS file and import it into Outlook. This will add your events into their calendar, but recipients won't automatically receive any updates to your calendar. Subscribe to a calendar in Outlook Log in to the Microsoft 365 on the web In Calendar view, click Add Calendar Select Subscribe from web. Enter the ICS link provided to you Enter a Calendar Name Select a Color (optional) Select a Charm (optional) Select the Calendar List to add the shared calendar to Select Import The shared calendar will appear in your calendar list Note: Calendar events from the subscribed calendar will appear as the color you chose and will not reflect colors selected by the calendar owner.
