Frevvo Group Roles

**Frevvo groups are managed by Frevvo Administrators. If you need to create a group or make changes to a group contact your Frevvo Administrators.

Group based roles are useful when you have multiple users who all need to perform the same specific role. Roles are commonly used in work flows and for digital signatures, but some other examples include reviewing forms, reviewing form submissions, editing forms, etc.  Group roles are also used in Task notification emails.

When your group has been created the Frevvo administrators will tell you the name of your group. When created all groups can be found in the Roles control box in the left panel under Properties during the flow process.    

  1. To see the control, click on the form that you want to assign a group role to and go to the Role box where a all the group roles are located. 
  2. Scroll through the roles to find the name of the group that you are looking for and then select it.  The form is now assigned to only those users in that role.

  3. Group roles can be used in the Access Control to give permissions.

 

 

Create a Group Request

To request for a group to be created for your form or to make changes to already existing groups (adding/removing users), contact the Frevvo admins with your request by submitting a ticket to the help desk here
