Re-Publishing a Recording Created with Mediasite Mosaic

Issue

Occasionally, presentations uploaded via the Mediasite Desktop Recorder (MDR) display the "Uploaded" status but are not viewable from the Mediasite Portal and do not appear to have been uploaded.

This occurs when the presentations uploaded from the Desktop Recorder do not finish processing to the server.

Please give your recording 24 hours to process before trying again. Depending on the size of your recording and load on the server, processing time will vary.

Mosaic

  1. Open Mosaic.
  2. Navigate to the Presentations tab and right click on the presentation.
  3. Choose Upload from the popup menu.
  4. The presentation will be uploaded to the user's personal folder, and found under the My Drafts section of My Mediasite.
