Florida Atlantic University provides a unique account to all faculty, staff, and students, which includes email and Office 365 services. You can access your email through MYFAU (the university’s web portal), Outlook Web Access, or set up Outlook on your computer or mobile device.

Students, Faculty, Staff          

FAU provides all students, faculty, and staff with a Outlook 365 account, which includes:

• Outlook for email, contacts, calendars, documents, and tasks
• Mobile and web access for convenient use across devices
• Email attachment limit: 25 MB
• Email address format: FAUNet_ID@fau.edu (or @health.fau.edu)

Alumni Legacy Google Account

FAU Alumni who graduated prior to Summer 2023 will continue with access to the Owl Mail and Owl Apps as long as they are actively using their account. Inactivity after 6 months will result in your account being removed and will not be re-provisioned. 

Owl Mail provides:

• 5GB Owl Mail Email Quota Limit
• 25MB Email Attachment Size 
• FAUNet_ID @my.fau.edu email address
• Login to Owl Mail at https://mail.google.com/a/fau.edu
