Access My Mediasite via Canvas

Accessing Your "My Mediasite" Portal

Follow these steps to get to your Mediasite content library.

  1. Log into Canvas and navigate to any course where you are enrolled with instructor-level permissions.
  2. In the course navigation menu on the left side, click on Settings.
  3. On the page that loads, look at the list of links on the right side of the page.
  4. Click the link for My Mediasite.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  5. The very first time you access the portal, you may be asked to approve the connection between the two systems. If a prompt appears, click the Authorize button. This is typically a one-time action.

You will now be redirected and logged into your personal My Mediasite portal. From here, you can upload new videos, record new presentations, and manage all of your existing content.
