Florida Atlantic has seen a high number of phishing emails throughout the years. These messages are sent to scam the recipients out of money, collect personal information, and/or utilize a user’s account for further phishing scams.
Please be sure to exercise caution if you receive strange email messages. If you receive an unusual email message, you can report the message using the “Report Message” button from within Outlook.
In Office 365 mail on the Web or in Microsoft Outlook, when you open an email message, you will have the option to click on a "Report" button and then "Report phishing". This will help our systems flag these harmful messages for other users.
