Prerequisites:
- Outlook mobile/desktop app installed
- Outlook on the web
- Signed in with FAU account
Using Outlook Desktop App (Windows or Mac)
- Open Outlook.
- In the folder pane on the left, scroll down to Groups.
- Click on the group name.
- Select the Inbox under the group to view voicemail messages.
- You’ll see the group inbox. Voicemails will appear as emails with:
- An audio file attachment (usually .mp3).
- A transcript of the voicemail.
Using Outlook on the Web
- Go to https://outlook.office.com and sign in.
- In the left-hand navigation pane, scroll down to Groups.
- Click on the group name.
- You’ll see the group inbox. Voicemails will appear as emails with:
- An audio file attachment (usually .mp3).
- A transcript of the voicemail.

Using Outlook Mobile App
- Open the Outlook app on your phone.
- Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top-left corner.
- Scroll down to Groups and tap your group name.
- Voicemails will appear in the group’s inbox just like regular emails.

Troubleshooting
- Don't see the group? Ask your IT admin to confirm you've been added as a member.
