Access a departmental shared mailbox in Outlook Web Access (OWA)

To access a departmental account, you must first request access here.

 

For Staff on Office 365:

  1. Log in at https://outlook.office365.com with your OWN FAUNetID and password
  2. Click on your profile box in the upper right corner, Select Open Another Mailbox


     
  3. In the window prompt, type in the name of the departmental or shared mailbox, click OK.
  4. The departmental or shared mailbox will open.
