Step 2: Enable Remote Desktop through Firewall
Open Control Panel.
Click on System and Security.
Click on Allow an app through Windows Firewall:
Click Change settings
Scroll down to Remote Desktop and check all 3 options: Domain, Private, Public:
Click OK at bottom.
