Learning Resources is also responsible for planning, developing, and executing a wide range of events aimed at supporting the university's administrative and public service mission, including large-venue sound, videoconferencing events; live video streaming; as well as video/audio recording and editing production.
To request audio visual equipment and/or support for your event, please view the fee schedule prior to submitting a request. You will need to specify the correct fee schedule in your request.
Audiovisual and Technician Rates
The following rates were approved by the "Auxiliary Fees and Charge Back Committee", and by the President, on January 27, 2021. The fees are divided into four different groups, which are:
- Schedule A: Applies to any FAU department for the purpose of academic instruction (for credit).
- Schedule B: Applies to any FAU department, unit, student government association, direct support organizations, registered organizations, auxiliary departments and units.
- Schedule C: Applies to any non-FAU groups that are tax-exempt/non-for-profit organizations, and FAU or student events charging admission or registration fees.
- Schedule D: Applies to any non-FAU groups that are for-profit organizations.
