Please use this form to submit a request to share an announcement, news item, success story (i.e., published work, award, etc.), event, and so on. 

Areas where the College of Science can share your news available for distribution:

  • Email Announcement
  • Web Event Listing
  • TV Monitors 

What information is required for submission:

  • Title of event/service
  • Description 
  • Location, time, date information (if applicable)
  • Graphic/image
  • Web address, email or phone number for more information

If you have questions, please contact scicomm@fau.edu. Please allow one week for your request to be reviewed by staff and posted.

The below requirements must be met to place a graphic, news item, or event - Science Communications can assist with these requirements:

  • Graphic size requirements vary for TV screens, social, web, newsletters, and so on. Please consult with Science Communications, scicomm@fau.edu, prior to submission. 
  • Graphics must follow FAU Visual Standards and be approved by the Public Affairs Creative Service team - please consult with Science Communications, scicomm@fau.edu, for this requirement and assistance with graphics.
  • Language must adhere to the FAU Editorial Guidelines.

Digital Signage 

Science Communications can promote news, events, services, or announcements on TV screens in the college. All content is subject to review and approval for posting.
