New printer or scanner setup request

Printers and scanners can be setup either over the network with an Ethernet connection or locally with a USB connection. In order for a printer to be installed over the network, the printer must be network capable.

Please note: printers will not be installed over a WiFi connection and OIT does not provide Ethernet cables or USB cables. New network printers require an IP reservation and require additional configuration time.

**Also note: OIT does not move printers/scanners for you.  We will assist with disconnecting and setting it back up after you have moved. Moving the equipment is your responsibility.
