Request help with printer or scanner

Common printer problems:

• Printer will not print a document
• Printer won't stop printing
• Print queue stuck 
• Paper Jams
• Alignment problems
• Ink streaking

Please submit a ticket for assistance with your printer. 

** Please note: OIT does not move printers/scanners for you.  We will assist with disconnecting and setting it back up after you have moved. Moving the equipment is your responsibility.
