Has OIT or your College support staff determined you have bad equipment? Do you need to submit a ticket to the hardware vendor for repair/replacement of parts?
Equipment under warranty will not be charged a fee.
Out of warranty equipment will incur a charge in the amount of $35 for the vendor to come on site and determine what needs to be repaired. They will provide an estimate of the charges for parts, plus $75/per hour for labor. If you approve the charges, the initial $35 will be credited back to you from your final bill.
Important: OIT will receive an Invoice from the vendor once repairs are completed. OIT pays the vendor directly and charges your account through a journal entry in Workday. It will not be necessary for you to initiate a purchase order to pay these charges.
