Guidelines & Policy

To ensure dashboard clarity, announcements are limited to 3 business days and one post per month, per event. Our team may suggest edits for clarity or scheduling.

  • In Scope: Broad programs or calendars (e.g., a website/link/announcement for all Spring career fairs).

  • Out of Scope: Single, specific events or classes (e.g., one specific guest lecture).

Submission Requirements

  • Text: Max 200 characters. Keep it brief and essential.

  • Image: PNG or JPG only (no PDFs, Word docs, GIFs, etc.).

    • Dimensions: Max 800px wide x 200px high. Wide banners work best.

  • Link (Optional): Include a URL for users to learn more.
