How to request a printing refund

Follow the directions below to request a failed print job refund.

1. Log in at www.fau.edu/print by clicking the printer icon on the right or directly at https://fauprint.fau.edu/user
2. Click on "Recent Print Jobs"
3. Click on "Request Refund" on the disputed job (as seen in the screenshot below)
