College of Engineering IT Support

The College of Engineering uses a separate ticket system from the Help Desk.  Students and employees can request assistance from College of Engineering IT support using the following link: College of Engineering IT Support

 

College of Engineering IT Assistance Includes

  • The College of Engineering IT support website can be used as the first source for general support questions: http://tsg.eng.fau.edu
  • A dedicated ticket system for Engineering students, faculty, and staff is available by email at help@eng.fau.edu.
  • On-site support is available in both Engineering buildings in Boca Raton and at SeaTech.
  • Virtual desktop infrastructure, also known as Private Cloud, provides remote access to computing resources so students do not need to use a specific campus lab.
  • Group training classes on IT resources are offered twice per semester.
  • One-on-one meetings are available for students and groups who need guidance on resources for academic and research projects.
  • Depending on the class and software used, in-class presentations may be provided at the start of the semester for class-specific software and resources.
