HIPAA Training Requests
HIPAA Training Requests
As part of our ongoing efforts to improve HIPAA security and privacy at the university, we are providing HIPAA training covering the HIPAA Privacy Rule and HIPAA Security Standards. This training augments or replaces existing training already in use by many departments on campus. If you are enrolling in the HIPAA training then it has been determined that you either work with Protected Health Information (PHI) on a regular basis, or support such functions and have a high likelihood of encountering such information during your regular duties. If you are a Student you have been required to take the HIPAA Training by your instructor. It is mandatory that all individuals enrolled in this training to complete the courses within two (2) weeks from the date of enrollment.
