Prerequisites:
- Microsoft Teams desktop app installed
- Signed in with FAU account
- Call permissions enabled by FAU Telecom
Steps to Add and Manage Delegates
- Open the Teams app.
- Click the three-dot menu next to your profile picture and select Settings.
- In the Settings menu, go to the Calls tab.
- Scroll down and click Manage delegates.
- Type the name of the person you want to add and select them from the list.

- Choose the permissions you want to give them (e.g., make calls, receive calls).
- Click Add.
- The delegate will receive a notification about their new status.

Steps to Forward All Calls to Delegates
- After adding the delegate, go to the same Calls setting menu
- Under Call handling and forwarding, toggle on Forward all calls.
- In the dropdown menu under Choose how all your calls will be forwarded, select Forward to delegates.

Troubleshooting
- Can't find the delegate? Make sure they are part of your organization and have a valid FAU account.
- Forwarding not working? Check that call permissions are enabled and the delegate has accepted their role.
