Once you have:
- Received VPN access, request access here if you haven't already.
- Enabled Remote Desktop on your desktop computer, instructions available here
- Installed the Pulse Secure client on the laptop or home computer you will be using to connect with, instructions available here
- You MUST be connected to Pulse Secure prior to proceeding.
- Look up your office Computer Host Name.
- In the bottom left hand corner where it says "Type here to search": enter "About your PC"
4. The host name is the device name.
Please Note: you do not need to put .ad.fau.edu at the end
On your laptop/home computer/desktop, type Remote Desktop Connection in the search to open Remote Desktop Connection:
Type in the device name and then connect. A box will come up to prompt you for your credentials, enter FAU\username and password > connect.
