MYFAU provides the FAU community with centralized access to university information, resources, and services through the MYFAU Portal and Mobile App.

Use this service to request assistance with the MYFAU Portal or Mobile App, report an issue, request a content or functionality change, or submit another general MYFAU-related request.

Types of requests you can submit through this service:

Use this service to request an update or change to the MYFAU Portal or MYFAU Mobile App (Modo Labs).

This request is for updates to MYFAU content and functionality, such as:

  • Changes to module wording or content
  • Map or location updates
  • Updates to icons, links, or other displayed information
  • Reporting an MYFAU module or icon that is not displaying correctly
  • Other content updates within the MYFAU Portal or Mobile App

Important: This service is not for FAU Self-Service or the systems and services accessed through FAU Self-Service, such as registration or paying your bill.

For the web portal, this request should only be used for content with a URL beginning with https://myfau.fau.edu/u/, or for content within the MYFAU Mobile App.
