Before submitting the request, please make sure that the text message is a maximum of 160 characters (includes spaces) and that it includes the following opt out at the end "Text STOP to Opt-Out".
Requests should be placed at least days two business days before the send date.
Please note, if the message is more than 160 characters, the system breaks it into 2 separate text messages. Most receiving phones will concatenate the separated text segments back into 1 message when received, but you will be charged for 2 texts sent per user.
