Important: This service is intended only for authorized staff and departmental administrators.
All outgoing Engagement Solutions SMS/ text message requests must be reviewed and approved to ensure compliance with university messaging standards, federal regulations, and audience appropriateness.
Submitted requests follow the approval workflow below:
- Supervisor Approval – The request will first be routed to the supervisor listed for you in Workday.
- Committee Review – After supervisor approval, the request will be reviewed by the Text/SMS Governance Committee for final approval.
- Engagement Solutions Setup – Once all approvals are complete, the Engagement Solutions team will configure and schedule the SMS message.
Submission Deadline:
Requests must be submitted at least 2 business days before the planned send date to allow sufficient time for supervisor review, committee approval, and system configuration.
