This service is intended only for authorized staff and departmental administrators who manage or support processes with Engagement Solutions.
Use this request to propose a new feature, enhancement, modification, or process change within any system supported by Engagement Solutions, including Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Ivy Chatbot, SMS workflows, and MYFAU/Modolabs.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Requests
This service may also be used to request the setup of approved new Marketing Cloud requests.
Marketing Cloud requests must meet the following criteria:
- They may only be sent to active students.
- Content must be transactional information relevant to a specific, targeted audience.
- They may not be used for general marketing, promotions, broad outreach, or non‑administrative departments.
