Request an Enhancement or Change to Engagement Solutions

This service is intended only for authorized staff and departmental administrators who manage or support processes with Engagement Solutions.

Use this request to propose a new feature, enhancement, modification, or process change within any system supported by Engagement Solutions, including Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Ivy Chatbot, SMS workflows, and MYFAU/Modolabs.

 

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Requests

This service may also be used to request the setup of approved new Marketing Cloud requests.
Marketing Cloud requests must meet the following criteria:

  • They may only be sent to active students.
  • Content must be transactional information relevant to a specific, targeted audience.
  • They may not be used for general marketing, promotions, broad outreach, or non‑administrative departments.
