Before submitting a ticket, please try to log in to the Test environment (SSOT) at https://ssot.fau.edu as you may have not signed into SSOT before or recently. If you are unsure of your current SSOT password, you will need to activate and set your password.
Please follow the steps below:
- If you have previously activated your account in Test but are still unable to log in successfully, you may just need to reset your password.
- Reset your password by clicking on Forgot Your Password and then using your recovery option to reset your password.
If you receive any errors or unable to successfully set a password, please continue to submit a ticket.
