FAU LICENSED SOFTWARE
|
The Office of Information Technology (OIT) provides software licensing, distribution, and management services for different software applications. Some of these software licenses enable faculty, staff, or students to use the software at no cost, either at the University or from their homes. Other licenses limit who is eligible to use the software or charge a fee.

Available for Employees to Purchase. Subscription assigned per user at $30/month, paid annually. |
| MS Visio Pro Online |
Available for Employees to Purchase. Subscription assigned per user at $35 annually. |
| MS Project Pro Online |
Available for Employees to Purchase. Subscription assigned per user at $75 annually. |
| JAMF |
Subscription per device: $11 per iOS, $18 per MacOS |
| SAS |
The SAS license follows the fiscal year - July 1 to June 30. The purchase date does not impact the expiration date of the license key and the license cost is not pro-rated. The license key will expire on June 30 each year regardless of when it was purchased. New license $200, Renewal license $100, PhD license $75 |
| NVivo |
Available to Employees and Students for specific use case. Not available for lab or classroom usage due to limited licenses. |
| Windows Server or SQL Licenses |
Licenses are added to our annual Microsoft Agreement and renew annually. Costs Vary. |

Additional Software Information
SPSS is available to all active FAU faculty and students. The license file expires annually on June 30. At that time a new license file must be applied. Click
