Can't log in or my account is locked or disabled?

The FAU Account Self-Services portal (https://accounts.fau.edu/) provides FAU users the ability to activate their new FAUNet IDs, reset/change passwords, manage their password recovery options, and/or review how to use their FAUNet ID at Florida Atlantic University. You no longer have to call the OIT Help Desk for a password reset! The power is all yours!

Account Requests & Updates

Request a change in an FAUNet ID, a courtesy account or your FAU alumni Owl Mail account.

Duo Support

This is used to request assistance with enrolling in Duo Multi-factor Authentication, registering a device, Employee key fob requests, etc.

Shared Network Drive, Systems & Special Network Access

Request access to a shared network drive and/or special access (Andisec, database, HPC, etc.)

Departmental Account

This is used to request a new departmental email or give/remove access to an existing department email.
